We had such a great experience with Bounceworks! From the first time I reached out, they made the entire process simple and stress-free. Communication was great, everything was explained clearly, and they made getting everything set up for our event incredibly easy. The bounce house was in great condition, clean, and exactly what we were expecting. The kids had an absolute blast with it, which made the party just that much better. It was also nice not having to worry about whether everything would show up on time or be set up correctly. They handled everything and made the whole experience easy on our end. Amazing customer service, dependable, and easy to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using them again for future birthdays, parties, and other events. Bounce Works was SO EASY to deal with! Really…it was all over the phone/ email and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Communication was perfect, combo/ slide was clean, and a TOTAL hit at the party (I had forgotten how kids would just go and go and go for that long). We did nothing…they came, set up, hooked up, explained what to do (which switch to flip) and did the same for take down. I was expecting the price to be double what it was when i first inquired. My neighbors use them regularly for all parties because their group of friends have a lot of kids!
